About

Kelly Redkoles, MSW, LCSW, ACS

NJ: 44SC05386600

Kelly earned her Master of Social Work Degree through an Accredited Advanced Standing Program in 2006. Following her graduate studies, she dedicated nearly a decade to working at a community mental health center, gaining extensive experience in the field. In 2013, Kelly established her private practice, specializing in providing therapeutic services to children, families, and adults.

Over time, she enhanced her expertise by becoming trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This modality created a shift in her work with clients and she has since become an EMDRIA Certified TherapistTM. Additionally, she is proficient in several complementary techniques, including Flash Technique, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Polyvagal Theory applications, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Beyond her clinical practice, Kelly has been an educator in the social work field for the last nine years as an adjunct professor in both BSW and MSW programs. She also serves as an approved clinical supervisor for provisionally licensed social workers (LSWs) at Artemis Center for Guidance and through private supervision.

Kelly is deeply committed to her local community, advocating for initiatives that promote racial, social, medical, mental health, and economic equity. A proud member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) since 2002 and EMDRIA, she continues to contribute to the field through her practice, mentorship, and advocacy.
